The Beer book is out!

Our book is finally available. It was a lot of work. We had to sample many beers during our field research. But empirical research of this nature is what we do best. And admittedly it was a lot of fun. We will be the first to say that the book is geared toward an academic audience. But fear not, we are hoping to work on a "coffee table" version of the book.
